Application for Non-Immigrant Visa (Non-ED)
How to Apply to R&F
For overseas students
Step 1
Send us the application form and payment of deposit
- R&F application form download here
- Pay deposit fee of 5,000 baht how to pay
Step 2
Mail us the required documents and send payment of tuition and other fees (To be done within 1 week after having paid the 5,000 baht deposit)
- Send us the required documents
- 4 photos (color, size 4×6 cm) Full-faced, bareheaded photos taken within the past 6 months
- 3 photo copies of your passport (all pages excluding blank pages)
- 3 Personal History Check Forms (affix 3 of your 4 photos, one on each form) download here
- Education Certificate in English (if any)
- Purpose of Attending the Course Form (affix 1 of your 4 photos)download here
- Remaining fees
- Tuition Fee � 5,000 Baht deposit (depends on course)
- Admission Fee 550 Baht
- Letter Fee for ED Visa 3,000 Baht
Step 3
Wait for our documents
- The required documents will be submitted to the Ministry of Education (MOE) requesting an official letter (it takes at least a month)
- Receive an Acceptance Letter from R&F
Step 4
Apply for Non-Immigrant Visa-ED at the Royal Thai Embassy in your country
- Be sure to apply for your visa far enough in advance to have your passport returned before your flight!
** For students taking the 3 month course, extension of stay is not necessary
For extension of stay students
Step 1
Applicant must submit the necessary documents
- 1 photo (color, size 4×6 cm) Full-faced, bareheaded photos taken within the past 6 months
- 1 photo copy of passport (all pages excluding blank pages)
- Pay the visa extension fee 1,900 Baht (the tuition fee does not cover this expense)
Step 2
Wait for the process
- The required documents will be submitted to the Ministry of Education (MOE) for endorsement of an extension of the ED Visa (it takes at least a month)
- The endorsement will be sent to the Immigration Bureau
- Immigration Bureau will issue the visa extension for the period that you require
Please note that
- In the absence of a required document, a letter indicating the unavailability of such a document must be provided
- The applicant must sign his or her name (as it appears in passport) on each page of the copy
- Documents in foreign languages must be translated in English
